Shropshire, England
Made by hand

Our approach

Born of the borderlands.
Built to belong.

Mynd Saunas are made among the wooded hills, open fields and old stone of rural Shropshire—places where weather and craft still shape daily life.

Each sauna is built by local craftspeople from natural, responsibly chosen materials, then finished by hand for a lifetime of heat, rain and ritual.

Natural by nature

Materials with
a life beyond us.

Durable timber outside. Aromatic wood within. Between them, a carefully engineered envelope that holds heat while letting every material do its job.

We favour natural, responsibly sourced and repairable materials—chosen for low impact, long life and the way they settle gently into the Shropshire landscape.

From first line to first heat

Local hands.
One continuous process.

  1. 01

    Place

We learn the site: its light, access, views and weather.

  2. 02

    Draw

We tune one of our core designs to the way you will use it.

  3. 03

    Make

Local craftspeople build and finish your sauna in our Shropshire workshop.

  4. 04

    Settle

We deliver, install and leave it ready for its first fire.

“Made by hand. Built to weather. Meant to feel as though it has always belonged.”
